Swiss Chard Tuna Rolls

Serves: 2-4

4-8 pieces swiss chard
1 4 oz. can tuna
2 tbls salad dressing or mayo
3 med-larg green onions
1 stick celery

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Chop celery and green onions into small pieces.
  2. Wash and dry swiss chard leaves. Remove most of the stem.
  3. Mix tuna, mayo or salad dressing and celery and green onion together.
  4. Roll tuna mixture into the swiss chard sideways (stem is horizontal)
