Smoked Turkey, Salmon, and Fresh Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
3/4 pound Smoked turkey breast (skin removed & cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
1 1/2 cup Red potato (cubed & steamed)
1 1/2 cup Broccoli flowerettes
3/4 cup Yellow squash (thinly sliced)
3/4 cup Carrot (grated)
1/3 cup Bell pepper (seeded & thinly sliced)
1/3 cup Green onions (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon Dill
1 1/2 teaspoon Chopped fresh parsley
1/6 teaspoon Garlic powder
3/4 pound Smoked cooked salmon (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine the turkey, salmon, potato, broccoli, squash, carrot, pepper and green onion in a bowl. Gently stir together.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir the mayonnaise, mustard, juice, dill, parsley and garlic powder together.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey & salmon mixture and gently toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
